The room was quiet when the giant floating head materialized.

"Hello?" the Master Head--er, headmaster of Balamb Garden asked as he
peeked in.  "Anyone in?  Rangers?  Hey, you guys get back yet?"

"No," answered General CalloBot as he pretty much appeared from
nowhere.  "They are still fighting in the abandoned warehouse district."

"Are they?"  Cid Kramer turned to the viewscreen, where indeed the
Balamb Rangers were fighting.  "Indeed, this is bad.  I fear that not
even the Mega CactaurZord will help them now."

"Ay-ay-AY!" exclaimed CalloBot.

"I'm your little butterfly!" a voice from nowhere called out.

"..." "..."

Meanwhile, strains of a half-rock/half-techno remix of Eyes On Me
thundered as the four bots duked it out.

"DIE!  DIE!  You wretched Rangers will never stand a chance against
me!  AAAAAHAHAHAHA!"

"Seifer, stop taking my lines, you fool!" Edea paused in fighting to
whack the SephyZord upside its mechanical head.

"Don't worry," Laguna said coolly.  "You take care of the other guy.
I've got that RagnarokZord."

"Okay," Squall replied.  Turning to his crew, he--

"...very very very very very very very very very very very very..."
Rinoa squealed.

"Bombs!  Dynamite RAVE!  Ka-BOOM!  You want some?  Come get some!"
Selphie roared.

"...I can't do it!  I can't do it!  I can't..." Irvine sobbed.

"CAN'T YOU GUYS DO SOMETHING WE'RE ALL GONNA DIII--" Zell screamed.

"Silence! *whu-CRACK*" Quistis ordered.

A few atoms shifted in Squall's complexion, indicating an eyebrow
twitch.  (Why did I even wake up this morning?)  He swung the Gunblade
at his opponent, who parried and fought back.  The two mech^W Zords
exchanged blows and blocks, fighting amongst the foliage of the woods.

"...weren't we just in the abandoned warehouse district?" Zell asked.

*whu-CRACK*

Zell eep!ed and retracted his comment.

Squall and Seifer continued battling each other atop the mountain range
in the most incredible display of stock footage since the last episode.

"Ah, forget that!" Selphie shouted.  "Lemme at'im!"

"No, no, let ME at Seifer!" Rinoa protested.

"RINOA!" everyone but Rinoa and Squall shouted.

"Fiddle-dee-dee," Rinoa pouted.

Selphie flipped a switch which flipped the necktie which flipped Zell who
just plain flipped.  Then she launched a barrage of missiles in a way
that only bloodthirsty little girls can, shoving the KramerZord backward
into a building in the abandoned warehouse district, which fell over like
a cardboard box.

A cheap-looking explosion appeared in front of the SephyZord, and the
numbers 1205 appeared at its feet.

"I'll get you for that!" Seifer roared, as he charged along the dirt
path of the woods and brandished his gunblade.

Selphie pressed another button, unleashing a storm of fire at...just
about anything she felt like (which, she guessed, included Seifer) and
setting a few buildings ablaze.

(Gee, Selphie's pretty cute when she's in a homicidal rage,) Zell
noted.

The KramerZord dashed toward the SephyZord, and the two of them met at
the pier on the edge of the city, where they continued exchanging sword-
blows.

Zell cackled.  "Now it's MY turn!  Ma's KramerZord Special!"  With no
hidden glee he pressed a button--

pretty disgusting sight.

As the SephyZord sank into the water, it went BOOM for absolutely no
reason at all.  And, oddly enough, the explosion was offset from the
mecha by about a foot off its left.

"We GOT'em!  YES!" Selphie shouted, as she pumped her hand into the
air.

"Now back to Edea!"  Zell replied, as the KramerZord turned from the
edge of the mountain cliff and ran to the abandoned warehouse
district.

"Miss Repulsa?  Seifer?  Anyone here?  I'm getting kinda lonely, ya
know..."

***

[Squall walks onto the screen, while Important Music plays in the
background.]

Kids, don't make weird faces.  It'll freeze in that position
someday.

[He walks off.  The camera stays in position for a few seconds before
the cameraman remembers to turn it off.]

THESE HAVE BEEN WORDS OF WISDOM FOR ALL THE LITTLE ANGSTERS WATCHING.

When you're not sure about one series in a fusion, focus on making fun
