The FFL Maps ============ These maps document almost the entire world outlined in FFL. It only highlights the major towns that have been mentioned and located. A lot of the landmarks may also be located here in some shape or form, but are not labelled. There are two maps. The first is a very detailed and 'nice' version, with many of the towns named. However, it lacks most of the eastern part of the map as well as the Ryukin Isles, and is very inaccurate. In addition, the town Voden is misnamed; it should be Koden. The second is a blown-up draft I made, and is a lot more accurate in world shape, and more finished. The Ryukin's are placed and mapped out, as is La Verde and the Empire of the Moon. All major towns visited on the main continent can be seen as red dots on this other map. Purple lines are major caravan paths through mountains and forests. The rough shape of the continent has been defined, even though some places are still a matter of conjecture. I will welcome any attempt to make this particular map more detailed and polished, while still retaining its accuracy. Place names were added on this draft by Zachary Seaholm. Many thanks to him for getting in touch with me out of the blue and handing me the updated draft; I hope to use this idea myself if I ever update the map again, but credit for this idea will forever be given to him ^_^ Note that just because something is already mapped, doesn't mean there aren't more important places in that area, or that that area is fully accurate. There is still plenty of room for additions. Like the Glossary, the FFL map should be used as a guide only. The tiles used in the creation of the first map come from FF5. It was put together using the map editor in RPGCK/CGCK (www.rpgmaker.net). Note that this program now crashes on me at the moment, so I am unable to create my own version of the more accurate map. Sorry ^_^;
