Last time, on Dragon Ball Z...there was lots of fighting.

    But on Girls With Guns, this happened:

    "Becky-sama!" declaimed Mr. Sunshine.  "You haven't given me a chance!"

    "Becky...'sama'?" asked an incredulous Becky.

    Which led to:

    "Hai!  My Becky-sama!"  Mr. Sunshine fell to his knees and began
kowtowing, causing the polycarpous arrangements of his machinery to shake.

    "The force field!  It's collapsing!" Aika yelled, diving to the ground on
the right side of Mr. Sunshine (putting his bulk between her and War Rocket
Ajax).

    Becky stared at Mr. Sunshine.  "...Who...who the HELL are you?  And what's
that thing on your head?"

    "I am Mr. Sunshine!" Mr. Sunshine said.  (As if you couldn't tell.)  "I am
your destined protector, O Becky-sama!  And I don't know what thing you mean!"

    Becky's eyes bulged.

    "Hey," Aika said, "don't be so hard on him.  What with the force field and
the sheer weight, he'd probably do well as a shield."

    "...why do I always get the psychos?"

Episode Twenty-two: Episode Twenty-two

    Aika took a sip of her tea.  "Well, that certainly is an amazing story,
Mr. Sunshine."

    "Yes, I know.  More, Aika-san?"

    "Why, thank you."  She put her cup down for Mr. Sunshine to refill, then
put her elbows on the table and steepled her hands.  "I thought it was quite
interesting, all your experiments on fruit.  And to think you were once a sumo
wrestler, living right next to me, and I never knew it!  Hey, maybe I could
send Itami your autograph."

    "I'd be happy to, for a friend of yours."  Mr. Sunshine was positively
glowing.

    "HOW CAN YOU BE SO CALM?!?" Becky screeched.  "This guy was, like, spying
on us!"

    Mr. Sunshine looked hurt.  "I couldn't resist, Becky-sama..."

    "Hey, wait," Daisy said.  "If he's so obsessed with Becky...how could he
spy on her all this time, if he lived next to you, Aika?"

    Aika blinked.  "Uh...hm.  That's a good question.  Mr. Sunshine?"

    Mr. Sunshine rubbed the back of his head.  "I'm...not sure.  I just did
it."

    "This must be one of those reality things," Aika said.  "Like what was
happening with the days and Cthulu and stuff."

    "THAT'S CTHULHU!" a voice from above boomed.  "CAN'T YOU PEOPLE EVER GET
IT RIGHT?"

    "Oh yeah," Aika said.  "What are we going to do about that thing?"

    "Well, seeing as it's only going 6.21 miles per hour," Mr. Sunshine said,
"it won't actually *reach* the Betty Ford clinic for at least another forty
minutes."

    "Hm.  Well, this little break has been fun, but I think it's time for a
bit of mass destruction," Aika said.

    "Ch-ck," Aika's gun agreed.

    "Yes, finally, go and defend the Betty Ford Center," Daisy said
exasperatedly.

    "Come on, Becky, let's go...Becky?"

    Becky's head was buried in her arms.  "Just...leave me alone.  I feel
so...dirty!"

    "...Er...come on, don't be like that, Becky," Aika said, a small sweatdrop
forming on her head.  "Here, let's go use some large weapons to blow stuff up,
and you'll feel better."

    "Not so fast!" a new voice proclaimed.

    All heads (except Becky's) swiveled toward the new voice, which seemed to
belong to a young woman in a dark suit and sunglasses carrying a gun.  Oddly
enough, she was *not* Becky's mother.

    "Are you Becky's mother?" Aika asked.

    The woman blinked (although you couldn't see it behind her sunglasses).
"No, I'm not.  I'm Ms. Moonlight, champion of the FDA.  And on behalf of the
fruits of the world, and my comrade Ms. Moonshine, I will punish you!"  She
made some odd gestures.

    Becky raised her head and blinked.  "But the FDA is an American agency."

    Ms. Moonlight took off her sunglasses, and stared at them with dead eyes.

    "Fruit knows no boundaries."

Eh...writer's block, I guess.  Haven't been much up for writing lately.  Ah,
well...at least it wasn't the shortest GWG chapter! ...eh...eheh. (sweatdrop)

And incidentally..."poly" = "many", "carpous" = "having to do with fruit".

    "And so you can continue trying to make the world a better place," Kasumi
said.

    "I am big and muscular," Hans said.  [Zhe digs me.]

    "Now, off you go!"  And he vanished.
