Background:
After a crazed, irritating but eventually interesting college
experience, Stefan toils away at a mundane but well paying
government job as a webmonkey.  Writing when he gets a chance
and enjoying kicking some digital ass, he seeks the ultimate
state of having nothing important to do and everything fun
to do.  Preferably with nachos.
