Background:
	Having lived in California all her life, Angelcat was only too
happy to escape to Oregon when college time came around.  She was just
about to settle into her lovely Japanese major and enjoy the rain, when
she felt the tug of the ImproParty.  Reluctant to return to her homelands
and afraid of being shunned for being a non-writer, she decided not to
attend the party until some gentle persuasion from Phoebe and ColdFury
changed her mind.
