Background:
Lusipher finds himself Lucky in that he Lives in California, and thus 
doesnt have far to go to get to the Party.  After High School, he made the 
idiotic mistake of joining the US Army....and promptly got kicked out via 
section 8.  Taking refuge in the Internet and Anime, he gradually made his 
way to Improfanfic, and has decided to stay.  He hopes to have a good time 
at the Party, and isn't leaving until everyone else does.
