Background:

A college goof-off.  He is aquainted with Roe and Fatman.  Being of an
amazingly intelligant yet childish nature, nothing within eyeshot is safe
from him when he gets curious.  He spends most of his days ganking the
bandwidth off the local college T1.  The two most noteable aspects of his 
personality, are his tendancies to either break or fix things with
remarkable speed.  He is well known for his exotic behavior and
haircolors.
